Motsunabe (もつ鍋, Motsunabe?) is a type of Japanese Nabe made from beef or pork entrails and organs. Motsunabe is originally from Fukuoka but it became popular across Japan for a brief time in the 1990s. Its popularity faded quickly with the Mad Cow Disease scare in the early 2000s. However, most Japanese people have tried Motsunabe at least once.
Motsunabe is drinking food and is good with beer.
