Whats the worlds best bento?

The best bentos in the world are ekiben (えきべん) sold on trains all over japan. There are good ones at Tokyo station and the JR shinkansen lines.

There are many combinations. I like ikura and salmon on rice. Mmm ... shitake mushrooms are good too.

Got this one at Tokyo station before a ski trip. Get them early because they typically sell out early in the morning.
