Its not easy to take costumes on airplanes. The easiest thing is just to wear them haha.

snowboard bag

pretend you have a snowboard. They are free on many flights and snowboard bags are the shape of a closet. They fit many costumes. Airlines may open the bag to check aha. Also might not work in July on a flight from florida to LA mmmmm
