The rules usually something like this:

1. You must be a man-women couple. Same sex couples, three people, one person etc.. will normally be refused.

2. reservations are not possible (its first come first serve).

3. You can only stay all night starting around 9 or 10 PM usually.

4. You are generally not supposed to leave the room. They have sensors and know the second you open the door. They don't like you leaving and coming back. In fact it is not possible because they don't even give you a key.
